What to have ready

You don't need everything to get started, but these help:

  • Property address
  • Purchase price
  • Rehab budget
  • ARV (after-repair value)
  • Completed flips or experience
  • Estimated credit score

Tip: Put these six items in one short summary, with the numbers in one place. A clear, consistent summary is easier for us to review and easier to present to lenders we work with. Lenders may ask for more detail later.
